The whole development area is planned as an energy-independent and autonomous village, where the buildings and public spaces follow the principles of the green corridor \u2013 featuring green roofs, natural landscaping, and a low carbon footprint.<\/p>\n<p>More information about the development area may be found <a href=\"https:\/\/tarukyla.ee\/eng\/\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On August 27, KLM Projekt participated in a conference organized by the <a href=\"https:\/\/investinpaldiski.ee\/en\/\">Paldiski Entrepreneurs Association<\/a> entitled &#8220;A Different Paldiski,&#8221; where, among other things, the Taruk\u00fcla residential development project was presented. The conference focused on discussing how to open up new opportunities and develop practical solutions for accelerating economic development in Paldiski and Estonia as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>Among other things, it was found that one of the prerequisites for accelerating economic development in a region is definitely the existence of a high-quality living environment.<\/p>\n<p>The conference was attended by Estonian entrepreneurs, top managers, government representatives, and experts in the field, including Heiti H\u00e4\u00e4l, Valdo Kalm, Lauri Hussar, Ursel Velvet, Erkki Raasuke, Jaak Aaviksoo, and others.<\/p>\n<p>KLM Projekt is pleased to contribute to the development of Paldiski into a modern and attractive nature-friendly and smart living environment!
